How am I notified when something I've requested is available?
When an item you have requested is ready for pickup, you can be notified by an automated telephone message, email or mail depending on your preference. Please speak with a librarian if you'd like to set or change your notification preference.
You can also check the status of your holds online by logging into your account. Once an item is ready for pickup, the status will change to "Ready" and will state the date through which the item is being held for you.
Once an item is ready for pickup, it is held for you for 7 days.
For privacy reasons, telephone notifications do not disclose the title of the item being held.
Please note that some AOL users report issues with receiving email notification from the library.
